This is a short note to mention that being from Switzerland, I am demanding on the subject of quality of service. My friends tell me that it is almost impossible to satisfy me; to be accurate they should rather say that it is not impossible to satisfy me, it is more that I do not accept mediocrity; I only accept quality. I recognise quality and I never fail to step forward to express my appreciation whenever I see quality.
This is why I spontaneously want to send you this little note to express to you my sincere appreciation for the outstanding quality of service I received from you; courtesy, personalised service, positive attitude, help on many points, efficient and accurate service; it is so rare today that I feel it should be acknowledged. So THANK YOU.
